Now is the moment.
The futures like a fog,
maybe it's happy,
maybe it's grim
but it's not true.
The past is gone,
the pain and joys recalled,
warped by the ego,
they aren't true either.

The only time is NOW.
The only truth is NOW.

When you're really alive
and you feel aware and awake
that is when NOW is here.
Why live in falsehood?

The present is a present
so be present.
